摘要：本文首先概括了企业技术改造当前面临的形式和问题，进而讨论了技改重点，然后说明技术改造中的信息技术和BRP问题以及它们的作用、意义等。最后研究了EIA模型，为企业信息化建设提供了理论基础。
Abstract: This paper generalizes the patterns and problems of enterprise technique reform  nowadays, and discuss the focal point. Then explain the information technique, BRP and their purpose. In the end, the paper explain the EIA model, which provides a theoretical base of enterprises’ IT construction.
